1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamLinkUp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeamLinkUp provides shared online calendars with event management, team collaboration, and scheduling features. The Service offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You may create calendars without an account (free tier). For premium features, you must register an account with a valid email address and maintain a secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) upload malicious files or content; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) abuse rate limits or spam calendar creation; (e) scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.

5. Content & Data

You retain ownership of all calendar data and events you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Team Access & Shared Calendars

Calendar owners are responsible for managing team members and their access permissions. By inviting members, you confirm you have the right to share the calendar data with them. Team members must create their own accounts and are bound by these Terms.

8. Availability & Limitations

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free calendars may have daily event creation limits. We reserve the right to remove inactive calendars after extended periods of inactivity (180+ days).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamLinkUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
