Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using TeamLinkUp (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Tona Digital.

2. The Service

TeamLinkUp provides shared calendar software including multi-calendar views, sub-calendars, permission links, team invites, optional self-booking, iCal feeds, and related account features. Features may differ between Free and Premium plans.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication where available. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, attack, scrape, or overload the Service;
• Attempt unauthorized access to data or systems;
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
• Resell or misrepresent the Service without permission;
• Circumvent rate limits, captchas, or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of calendar data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having rights to share any personal data of third parties you invite.

6. Share links & invitations

Anyone with a valid share link may access the calendar according to that link’s permission. You are responsible for distributing links carefully and revoking them when needed.

7. Payments (Premium)

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees, billing intervals, and taxes are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a period has started. Subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the payment provider flow.

8. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, Free/Premium limits, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tona Digital and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tona Digital from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator (Tona Digital), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
