How licensing works
Only the calendar owner pays. Invited members do not.
Payments go through Stripe. Switch Premium ↔ Business and monthly ↔ yearly in the customer portal.
If a paid plan lapses you keep the published look, the builder, and one saved Look. Extra Looks stay readable but new ones need an upgrade.
Link files that already live in Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. Uploads are optional and capped so the calendar stays fast.
